Eriya Miura, in collaboration with Kaliane Tea and Adana Mam Legros, presents a collection born from a deep passion for fine arts and the sartorial heritage of diverse cultures. This collection aims to foster the continued evolution of art and fashion in developing countries, such as Cambodia. Drawing inspiration from iconic elements of South, Southeast, and Central Asian costumes, it offers a modern interpretation of varied female silhouettes from across the region. These designs unite through shared features of national dress, echoing the legacy of the Maritime Silk Road, and culminate in a vision of a cosmopolitan, free-spirited, modern woman who balances cultural heritage with progress.
Every pleat, drape, and layer is crafted with intention, each detail imbued with meaning, reflecting the deep reverence for tradition. The colors in the collection form a sartorial poem, representing traditional folklore and celestial beings. "Rachana" encourages ongoing self-discovery, celebrating cultural intersections while honoring one’s roots and identity. In a world marked by diversity, it reminds us that, at our core, we are united as one humanity.
